A New Era of Leadership

Pope Leo XIV, formerly Cardinal Robert Prevost, was inaugurated as the 267th pope of the Catholic Church on May 18, 2025. As the first American and second Latin American pope, his diverse background and commitment to social justice have inspired hope among many, including the Christian community in Gaza.
