Fátima, Lourdes & Shrines of Spain (September 17 – 28, 2023)

From September 17 to 28, 2023, the EOHSJ Middle Atlantic Lieutenancy offered a pilgrimage to some of the most revered Marian shrines in Europe.

Our pilgrimage included sites such as:

  • Fátima, Portugal: Site of the 1917 apparitions of the Virgin Mary to three shepherd children.
  • Lourdes, France: Known for the Marian apparitions to Saint Bernadette and its healing waters.
  • Shrines in Spain: Visits may include Santiago de Compostela, the resting place of Saint James the Apostle, and other significant religious sites.

These sacred sites offer pilgrims a chance for prayer, reflection, and participation in local religious traditions, enhancing their spiritual journey.
